CUSTOMER SERVICES OFFICERS
(Temporary post: from mid-November 2012 to March 2013)

Responsibilities: 
To provide programme information and general assistance to customers; to handle enquiries, distribution of publication materials and other duties.

Requirements:
University graduate, preferably with 1-2 years’ experience; 
- Fluency in spoken English and Cantonese; 
- Good service attitude and interpersonal skills; 
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently;

Working Hours:
12:30pm to 8:30pm (including shifts on holidays and weekends)
